Insurance: Call your company to ask about coverage. If they cover acupuncture, we can provide you billing statements upon request, which you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement. 

PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not bill insurance directly. If you find us through United HealthCare, this is incorrect as we are not in network with them.
